The service

AVIF to JPG Converter is a free browser tool for decoding supported AVIF files locally and exporting JPG files. It also provides local batch conversion, previews, and ZIP downloads.

Acceptable use

Use the tool only with files you are allowed to process. Do not use it to violate applicable law, another person's rights, or the terms of a host or network you use to access it.

Limits and compatibility

Results depend on the browser, available memory, and the AVIF file. The tool reports unsupported, damaged, animated, HDR, and other compatibility conditions when it can detect them, but it cannot guarantee that every AVIF variant will decode successfully.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is and may change or become unavailable. Check an exported file before relying on it for an important workflow.

No remote AI service

This tool does not call a remote AI model or image-conversion API. Selected files stay in the browser during conversion.
